When will I receive my order?

If your product is in stock in our store and you have placed your order before 3:00 PM on workdays, it will be shipped the same day.
Products that need to be ordered, we aim to ship the order within 3-5 working days

Our packages are transported with GLS. Our experience shows us that the packages are usually delivered the next day

Can I also pick up my order at the store in Kerkdriel?

Of course! If the order has been placed and you choose the delivery method, we will ensure that your order is processed with care. As soon as the order is ready, you will receive an email or text message from us.

How do I get my hood, tarpaulin or boat tent awning ready at ZON?

You can bring your hood, sail or boat tent awning to us during our opening hours and we will ensure that the hood can be picked up fresh and clean after a few weeks.

If a repair is needed, we can repair it in our own sail making workshop

I have a sail repair, can I contact you?

That's certainly possible! It is best to contact us. Together we can discuss what the possibilities are.

Can I return a product?

A product may be returned within 14 days. Give us, the parcel services and the environment a helping hand and don't just send anything back.

If it is not what you expected, leave the packaging intact, pack the product securely in a box and send it back to

Do I need to make an appointment to look in the store?

You are very welcome in our store without an appointment.

Store opening hours are:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday from 8:30 am to 12 noon.
