Set contents:

  • 500 g glue
  • 30 ml activator
  • 1 pair of gloves

How to use the glue:

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry. Clean them thoroughly with a suitable cleaning agent (such as acetone) to remove dirt, grease and oil.
    • Lightly sand the surfaces with fine sandpaper to promote better adhesion.
  2. Mixing the components:

    • Mix the adhesive with the activator in the correct ratio. Usually this is a mixing ratio of 25:1 (adhesive

). Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.
    • After mixing you have a limited working time depending on temperature and humidity. Make sure you work quickly.
  3. Applying the glue:

    • Apply the mixed adhesive to both surfaces you wish to bond.
    • Let the glue dry for about 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes tacky (drying time may vary depending on the ambient temperature).
    • Apply a second thin coat when the first coat is dry.
  4. Activate and merge:

    • Once the glue is tacky, you can join the surfaces together. Make sure you do this accurately, because the glue will bond immediately.
    • Press firmly, ensuring even pressure over the entire surface.
  5. Curing:

    • Allow the bonded parts to cure for 24 hours for maximum strength. It may take longer depending on conditions such as temperature and humidity.
    • Avoid stress on the bond during curing.

Important tips:

  • Ventilation: Make sure you work in a well-ventilated area as the adhesive and activator can emit strong fumes.
  • Protection: Wear the gloves provided and avoid getting glue on your skin or eyes.
  • Storage: Store leftover adhesive and activator in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.

This 2-component adhesive is very suitable for repairing cracks, leaks or attaching additional parts to inflatable boats made of PVC material.
