Anode kit Volvo SX-A / DPS
In Zinc Aluminum or Magnesium
If you sail on salt water, always use a zinc anode! If you sail on fresh or brackish water, use an aluminum anode
If you sail on fresh water, you can also opt for magnesium anodes for your stern drive / tailpiece. This is an even softer material than aluminum. Magnesium anodes work even better in fresh water than aluminum because the material is softer. Definitely recommended if you have a stainless steel propeller
