Hydrofoils are specially designed wings that will improve the performance of your outboard motor. They are placed just above the screw. Fuel consumption is reduced by the hydrofoils. Maneuverability of the boat is improved, maximum lift is guaranteed and the trim is improved.

Hydrofoils are placed just above the propeller with stainless steel bolts. Furthermore, it can be adjusted in such a way that the boat's steerability is greatly improved.

How do you install the hydrofoil?
The hydrofoil trim tabs are easy to install and are supplied with stainless steel screws for mounting. The standard location for the trim tabs is directly above the propeller. Every outboard motor has built-in stabilizers. However, these are often too small to produce the desired result. Ideally, you mount the hydrofoil a few centimeters above the screw (see the second image) in such a way that the screw is completely 'covered'. If you mount the hydrofoil too high, too far forward or too far back, the hydrofoil will lose its effectiveness. With proper installation, the propeller water is pressed against the hydrofoil, creating a better trim.
